Well-being Career Coaching
45-minute virtual sessions to help you gain clarity, confidence, and practical next steps in your career. Each session is tailored to you: we explore your strengths, values, and goals, tackle challenges, and create realistic, wellbeing-led actions. Book a single session (£25) or a package of 6 sessions (£125) for ongoing support and guidance.
Level 2 Award, Mental Health First Aid
Youth Specialism
A flexible Level 2 course focused on supporting the mental health of children and young people. Delivered over two Saturdays (2, four hour sessions), you’ll learn practical skills from the comfort of your own home. Ideal for educators, parents, and those working with young people.
Mini-Medics Mental Health First Aid
Ages 7 to 11 years
An age-appropriate, curriculum-linked session supporting children to understand emotions, manage worries, and know when and how to ask for help. Delivered face to face during school holidays with parents present, or bookable for schools and youth services. Builds confidence, emotional literacy, and well-being skills.

A flexible, virtual course delivered over two Saturdays (2, four-hour sessions) to fit around busy lives. Learn practical mental health first aid skills from the comfort of your own home, building confidence to recognise concerns, respond appropriately, and signpost support.
Mini-Medics First Aid
Ages 7 to 11 years
Mini Medics First Aid is a fun, practical three-hour, face-to-face session designed to teach children the basics of life-saving skills. Children learn how to recognise an emergency, call for help, and practise CPR and basic life support in a safe, age-appropriate way.
Sessions can be delivered during school holidays with parents present, or booked directly into schools, youth services, and community settings. The training builds confidence, encourages teamwork, and helps children understand that they can help in an emergency.
This is a fantastic way for children to learn an essential life skill that could one day make a real difference.
Mindfulness and Stress Management
These sessions provide practical, accessible tools to help individuals and groups manage stress, build emotional resilience, and support everyday well-being. Grounded in evidence-based mindfulness approaches, the focus is on simple techniques that can be used immediately in work and home life.
Sessions may include guided mindfulness, breathing and grounding techniques, stress awareness, and strategies to support focus, balance, and emotional regulation. Delivered virtually or face to face, they are suitable for adults, educators, parents, and care teams seeking calm, sustainable ways to manage pressure and prevent burnout.
This is not about clearing the mind or “doing it perfectly”, but about developing small, realistic practices that support long-term wellbeing.
